Every day was a battle. Since i have taken your course, my appetite is gone. I sometimes force myself to eat what is on my meal plan. I have further lost weight, i feel strong, energized. Yes so much more energy not being wasted in controlling my food cravings. You also made me realize I am a highly sensitive person. I never knew this terminology. I am now more aware of my sensory overwhelm and catch it early on.
